Welcome to Seven:Ten Combined Events

Creating the Decathletes & Heptathletes of the future!
Seven:Ten provide a focussed and inclusive training environment dedicated to developing and promoting performance and enjoyment in all Track & Field disciplines but with a specialist focus on Combined Events.

We deliver coaching to Decathletes & Heptathletes aged 13 and above, welcoming all levels and abilities into the group.
All that we ask is that athletes are motivated, reliable, willing to learn and most importantly enjoy Combined Events!
We have no official connection with any one individual club and therefore are able to welcome athletes from any club to join the group.

Squad Training
We offer a limited number of permanent places within our squad to ensure that each individual athlete is provided with the support and guidance
they required to achieve their own personal goals. We also offer the opportunity for local Combined Event athletes to drop-in from time to time to receive the specialist Combined Events coaching that might not be available to them at their club.
