'Take Your Body Where It Has Never Been before!'



RUN STRONG is the perfect fitness training for anyone who runs
or works out on a regular basis.

If you are a HYROX Athlete, a Team Sports Person, A Runner, a Triathlete, a CrossFit Enthusiast 
or simply someone who sees the gym as their happy place! RUN STRONG is for you.

This weekly class is a combination of running (anything from 400m - 1Mile) 
followed by a challenging functional workout, repeated up to 8 times!

The mix of endurance running and functional strength makes RUN STRONG a class that will 
'take your body where it has never been before' in a social and supportive environment.


Session Times:
Saturday - 8:00am - 9:15am

Session Fee:
Single Session - £7.00

Block of 10 Sessions - £60.00
Unlimited Membership - £42.00 per month*

*Membership includes Run Strong, Just Run & Strong Finish sessions

There will always be the opportunity to enjoy some light refreshments and a chat after the session

You don't have to come to every session.
Simply choose which session you want to attend, book your place, turn up and enjoy the session.
