If you love to run and have always wanted to add some track work to your running schedule then come and join us @ Jarman Park Athletics track for our Just Run Running Group Sessions.

Tuesday - 6:45am - 8:00am
Wednesday - 8:00pm - 9:15pm

If you are a runner you will know how important strength training is, but it's often difficult to know what exercises to do and how to structure them into your training programme.

Our Strong Finish fitness class will provide you with the expertise and guidance you need to become a stronger, faster and more injury resistant athlete.

Fall In Love With Running


If you've always wanted to learn to run but never had the opportunity to get started, our Start Running Programme for beginners is here to help you on the journey towards 'falling in love' with running.

Thursday - 9:30am - 10:30am

Seven:Ten 'Combined Events' provide a specialist coaching environment dedicated to developing and promoting performance and enjoyment in both Heptathlon & Decathlon.

We welcome athletes of all levels and abilities into the group. All that we ask is that athletes are motivated, reliable, willing to learn and most importantly... love Combined Events.

We have no official connection with any one individual club and therefore are able to welcome athletes from any club to join the group.
