"My 1-2-1 coaching sessions are the perfect way for individual sportspeople to focus on their specific needs to improve their speed and agility. The sessions will not interfere with the individuals current training programme, rather they will compliment it." John Garner
Each Training Session lasts 80 minutes and includes an element of the following:
- Warm up with active stretches
- Running drills to improve technique
- Conditioning exercises to make the body stronger
- Plyometric exercises to improve your explosive power
- A Running & Agility session designed to improve speed & movement
- A comprehensive warm down to ensure a proper recovery (you will be required to complete this after the end of your session)
